Important Update from INIS on the New Convention Travel Documents System

A new format UN Convention Travel Document was introduced in April 2010.
UNHCR understands from the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service (INIS) that delays have been experienced in the introduction of the new format document in Ireland. INIS has provided some information about the new travel document, current delays and interim measures which are available.
